We structure our programs using the following principles and strategies:
• Begin early in primary school and build consistently, throughout high school and to Year 13 and beyond.
• Be provided in ways that young people want to learn through experience, immersion and with peers and mentors.
• Provide the wrap around support young people need to address their challenges to engagement.
• Provide accurate information and exposure about where future jobs will exist and the skills to craft and navigate multiple careers.
• Engage students, schools, industry and community in co-designing opportunities in and outside the classroom.
• Include technology relevant to each industry in line with the requirements of the 4th Industrial Revolution and new world of work.
